Healthcare professionals are often the first point of contact for a domestic violence victim after the event has occurred. Therefore it is integral that healthcare professionals are aware of factors, considerations and consequences of domestic violence. This continuing education activity is designed to explore factors, considerations, consequences and practice implications regarding domestic violence.
